Challenge / Objective

A leading online marketplace specializing in FSA/HSA-approved products needed a significant performance boost heading into their busiest quarter. With increased competition and just 2-3 months to restructure and deliver results, the goal was clear: achieve at least a 10X ROAS to justify agency costs and surpass prior-year performance.

How I Helped

We performed an extensive audit across Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns, uncovering opportunities to restructure and strategically optimize their efforts. By reorganizing Performance Max campaigns into “Boost,” “Bury,” and standard categories, expanding Non-Brand keyword coverage, and implementing automated bidding on Bing, we significantly enhanced campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

The Results

The strategic approach delivered outstanding outcomes: a 35% increase in revenue year-over-year and an impressive 14X ROAS, far surpassing initial goals. Additionally, by refining bidding strategies, we successfully lowered Brand term CPCs by 13%, further improving the overall cost-efficiency of their campaigns.
