Challenge / Objective

A prominent women’s apparel and footwear retailer saw diminishing returns from its previously successful Meta ad campaigns, experiencing declining conversion rates despite strong initial performance. My task was to rejuvenate these ads, leveraging new creative strategies to reverse the decline and amplify campaign effectiveness.

How I Helped

I led the strategic pivot towards simplified, visually engaging ad creative featuring vibrant colors, balanced layouts, and concise messaging supported by lightweight animations. Employing a methodical and data-centric approach, I conducted an A/B test to measure the effectiveness of the new creative designs against the client’s original ads, clearly demonstrating the value of the refreshed creative.

The Results

Implementing the new creative strategy delivered significant improvements across key metrics: a 20% increase in ROAS, 20% higher conversion rates, and a 6% boost in CTR. Additionally, CPC decreased by 5%, validating the power of the creative vision, and resulting in adoption of the new designs as the client’s primary campaign creative moving forward.
